In the study, 6 donors (n=6) cow of Selenge (n=3) and Alatau breeds were selected for superovulation. Superovulation treatment artificial insemination (AI) Donor Cow Regardless estrous cycle, Insert Controlled Internal Drug Release (CIDR; Hamilton, New Zealand) to from 5th day after inserting CIDR, diminishing inject Follicle Stimulating Hormone (FSH; Kyoritsu Seiyaku Corporation, Japan.) 36IU every 12 hours 4 days. From 3rd injecting FSH, Dinoprost Tromethamine (PGF2α; LutalyseTM, Upjohn, U.S.A.) 30mg in morning 15mg noon. 4th remove CIDR morning. The next removing Gonagorelin (GnRH; Dong-Bang, Korea.) 1000ug noon did AI times. (FSH), (CIDR) Prostaglandin (PG) used Subsequently, Artificial Insemination was done donor embryo collected 7 8 Embryos cows dairy cattle beef cattle. Finally, good quality fresh embryos (beef cattle’s 11 embryos, embryos) transferred 23 recipients young Mongolia. For synchronization recipient, injected 0.5ml estrogen, 1ml progesterone with implantation 5.0 ml Lutalyse days, days 2,5 gonadotropin on evening 9th day.
